I guess I can’t exactly call these posts Body Rockin’ anymore, but what the heck. On with the show.
This post is inspired by the brilliant post I should have written on Friday or Saturday but have now forgotten. Make sure you are working when you are inspired to do so. I know we can’t always drop everything and get down when the mood hits (sorry, that was an awful pun), but when you can, do. Otherwise, you may find yourself missing out on that awesome, inspired feeling and having to come up with some crappy post like this to write. 😉 And when that’s the case, you’ve gotta push through it, keep your mojo a-go-go. Wow, I’m just on a roll with these quirky little nothings tonight.

And so tonight I did the workout I had selected for myself from start to finish despite a feeling that I would puke starting about half way through. And then I sat here and wrote this, despite feeling uninspired and lame. Because this is a habit I want to honor and grow, so it deserves some special time carved out of my week. And that time just happens to be tonight. It’s not pretty. This is the boring part of making the donuts, but it can’t be ignored.

- You can actually tell the difference between relaxed and flexed now and -aside from the blinding whiteness- these legs are looking much better overall
- Although it’s hard to tell because I always choose the most ridiculous angle to shoot this photo, my stomache is looking much better, but I decided to take some different pictures this time so I don’t have to be so hard on myself:
