Remember way back when this all started and I was doing a “Four on, one off” schedule. Well, we all know that didn’t work out so well. But I did get in 4 workouts this week over what is now my usual 3 by sticking to working out every day that my evening was not busy. Less stress, plenty of working out. Here’s what I did this week:
Get it on Hot Stuff! Normal routine – 2x + Kissable Abs Challenge
Pumped up Kicks Workout Normal routine – 3x + Pumped up Sexy Abs
Paradise! Workouts Normal routine – 3x + Paradise Butt and Thighs
And I wanted to go back and look at pics from when I started this about 7 months ago to now.
One of the things I want to talk about is results. First of all, you are not going to get them instantly and anything you do regularly is great. That said, once you get commited to your routine, if you want results you have to push harder and more often. The more days you can work out, the better. I started doing these new shorter routines 3x each, because I knew I had more in my at the end. If I do it 3x and I don’t feel like I can finish (but I do anyway), then I’m doing the right thing. And I’m seeing the beginnings of results. The Hubby put his hand on my stomache today and, not only could I feel a difference, but he looked surprised and said, “Woah, nice abs.” That’s why I’m here!
