I was really excited to get my 3 mile week done this week…. finally! I had a great run on Monday. And then I started to get tired. So I slept on Wednesday, thinking, “It’s okay, I’ll sleep today and run tomorrow,” only to be more tired on Thursday. It’s Thursday afternoon and I’m getting smart.
I have a show opening in 1 week. Welcome to hell week. So I’m going to hold off on writing or working on my projects until after we open.
Some people are good at figuring this stuff out. I have to look at the situation, realize I need to give my self a break and then I can chill without guilt. Yes, sometimes I give myself a head trip, but I’m a work in progress. 😉
