Since yesterday’s workout was decidedly not hard enough from a max muscle potential standpoint, fate saw it fit to find me a much better option today. I did:

My booty doesn’t hurt today. My arms and my stomach do. The Commando Pushups and the Single Knee Tucks tried to take me out of this world. I lived in “Can I Do One More” world after about the 3rd rep of exercises.
The answer is: yes, I can do one more. And than one more. And then one more.
