Here’s a quick catchup:
Since I wrote last I have been dancing every night. Sometimes more than others, but that has been my workout as I have not had the time or energy for more than that.
I planned to start back up this week, but then I realized how much I have to do to get ready for our week of camping and hiking, so I’m taking a no workouts/get things done week and will be walking my booty off for a week after that.
Plan: Have and awesome time with my family in the outdoors for a week, and workouts resume upon return.
