Soooooooo, I squeezed a workout in today and here’s what I learned:
*When you don’t think you have time, you don’t.
I tried to do a full routine, but should have stuck with the 6 minute workout I did the other day. I would up not having time to do any cool down or stretches afterward. That did not feel good! I’m still glad I committed to getting that workout in there. Learning.
And here are updated pictures. Minuscule changes, but they are there. 🙂
Bleh! This is going to be the hardest part.
