How I felt beforehand:
Sore is an understatement and I really was just kinda bleh and stressed feeling in general. I’m already worrying about how I’m going to find time to do this every day even though I haven’t hit that problem yet. However, let me say that being sore is a GREAT feeling. I’ve started a few workouts recently that just weren’t breaking my muscles down, but this one clearly is.
What I did today:

I checked out the other warm-up and it was just too confusing to follow along with for right now.

I only did 3 reps instead of the full 5 today. Matt’s opinion was that’s fine as long as I work up to 5 in the next week. I’ll tell you I sweated like crazy today, but I felt a lot less shaky and sick.
